Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage development teams in designing, developing, and delivering AI-driven enhancements to the CCH Axcess software suite, ensuring timely delivery within scope.

Facilitate Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient execution of two- to three-week iterations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, product, operations) to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of project tasks and timelines.

Monitor and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure timely and successful completion of project milestones.

Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including technical teams, product management, and business leaders, to keep all parties informed on progress and risks.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives by fostering an environment where teams are encouraged to regularly assess and optimize processes, tools, and workflows, driving efficiency and quality enhancements.

Ensure high-quality delivery, balancing functional and non-functional requirements, such as performance, security, and scalability.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years managing development projects using Agile methodologies.

Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and operations staff, to deliver complex software projects.

Experience working with cloud-based applications in a production environment (preferably Microsoft Azure).

Familiarity with Agile tools and processes (e.g., Jira, Scrum, Kanban) and a proven track record of managing projects through Agile delivery cycles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, product management, and executives.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges related to timelines, technical constraints, and project resources.

Experience managing the delivery of software services and components that require integration with modern AI/ML frameworks (such as large language models), even if not directly hands-on with AI development.

Desired:

Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and large language models, with an understanding of how they can be applied in software products.

Experience working with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure, ensuring smooth deployments and operations of cloud services.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies in a product development context.

Experience supporting or coordinating AI-based projects, ensuring that AI integrations align with product development goals.
